The negative experiences which you have faced in the past, they definitely affect your present and may influence your decisions. Your brain is full of emotions, drama and faced various difficulties in the past, these memories always locked inside your brain and may create tensions in the future.

The best thing which you should do is avoid thinking negative things if you think negative daily it catches with your past and creates a bunch of memories of happy and sad events and creates your brain like that. So the more positive you think the most blissful life you can lead, on the other hand, the more negative you go, more hurdles you will find in your path or journey of life.

To rewire your brain all you need to do is focus on positive things by avoiding negative thoughts from your mind. Train your brain with following steps as given below:-

  • Flip the negatives into positives

No matter since years you are focusing on the negative, just give a shot retrain your brain and focus on the positive. The idea which I am trying to tell you is, no matter what negative points are stopping you, just put your thoughts towards positive thoughts and feel the change even in the negative situation you will able to cope up and fight for your right.

The first step which you should take is watching your brain, is your brain constantly getting focused on the negative thoughts?  If yes, then focus and look those negative energies will never help you to gain in long-term. If you are looking for long-term success then you have to fight and conquer over negativity.

The next step which you should setup in your mind is, scan the positive thoughts, teach your brain how you can win. Motivate yourself and fight for the good, not for the evil thought which is inside us.

The best thing which you could do is make a list of 5 positive things which you need to do daily and then you can feel the change after sticking with this plan, slowly and gradually you will overcome from negativity.

  • Create a cycle of Positivity

    If from your work someone is getting profit and smile, that means you also get the joy of your work. Through this also you can release the negativity out from your life. Sometimes engaging something in the act of kindness also makes you happy, like buying someone a cup of coffee or helping somebody in some other work will take you somewhere in the channels of positivity.
  • Inhale Positivity, Exhale Negativity

Stop letting the negative thoughts to come in your mind and drag you out from the positivity. You need to step on the positive side deliberately so that you can bring a change in your life. If you feel distracted or stressed, calm down your mind and think good or watch your favorite movie to fight with the situation and reboot the positivity inside you.

  • Learn the art of spindle from negative thoughts

Break your negative thoughts by the help of spindle. As I mentioned above that think and watch don’t allow negativity to enter your brain as it will hinder you for years. The emotions which you feel, practice the art that from where those emotions are emerging and why they are haunting you again and again. Once you develop the habit of spindling towards the positive side, your brain will become amendable to doing so.

 

  • Bring Positivity in your Present

No matter what happens you have to bring a positive outlook on your present situation as well as in your everyday life. No tomorrow, as tomorrow never comes, no next month or Week, right now. Start this practice from now onwards, no need to wait for a special time or a special person who will enter and guide you the pathway of positivity, you have to find it on your own.

Teach your brain that not to indulge in negative thoughts and bring it back to the positive side.

To help in redirecting the thoughts, pen down a number of questions which will help you in training your brain in bringing the positivity in the present moment:-

1)    What can I do which brings fun or joy to me?

2)    What should I do to surprise someone or gift, someone, a gift of happiness?

3)    How to feel or for what can I feel grateful about?

4)    How should I give love to someone right now?

As you start and bring this point in your habit, this will surely become your second nature and you can get rid away with the thought of negativity.
