Creating a Campaign

Step 6. Tracking Tags

Use it in case you need to set up UTM tags. If you want to set a Postback in the next Step, add a click ID token from your Network in the custom tracking tag.

Step 7. Conversion Sensor

There are two ways to track conversions on MGID: either placing a code on your pages, or using a Postback URL.

Adding New Ads

MGID offers free creatives that will be designed by their Creative Team.

You can make ads on your own as well. Remember that your texts should be short, catchy, and relevant to your offer. Don’t mislead your audience.

Choose bright images with high resolution. You’ll be asked to manually crop it in square and rectangular sizes for better adaptation to different platforms.

MGID offers a variety of GEO-targeting macros – such as {City}, {Country}, and {Region} – you can  insert in your titles.

Reports & Optimization

In Statistics, you’ll find data on impressions, clicks, money spent, average CPC, and average CTR. You can get information about your results by domain, region, country, OS and ads by accessing the stats for a period of time.

Moreover, they have a very helpful feature called Selective Bidding. It will help you can optimize your publishers and decide which publishers to turn off and which placements, ads, GEOs, Operating Systems, Browsers to raise your bid on.
