STUDY: Mobile Platform Drives more traffic in Affiliate Marketing

As more than 20 questions have been asked in a survey covering various topics covering all the verticals, market conditions and how traffic is being used in the affiliate marketing. The full reports have been made on Income Access about how the market will continue in the upcoming year 2018.

The main thing which came to light is about iGaming’s Affiliate marketing which has stated that more than 50% of the traffic is derived from the mobile and 30% from tablets and PCs.

According to the CEO of Income access, “With the survey report, Income Access set out to evaluate the state of the industry through the eyes of affiliates. What we found was a mix of consistency, which can be seen in results for the leading markets and verticals, and evolution. Increased interest in bourgeoning verticals such as eSports and Lottery is a great sign for the industry. That affiliates are making a conscious effort to be strategic with their content development is similarly encouraging.”

When in reports it was asked that what verticals half of the affiliate marketers are using to boost their company’s or network sales, the report which came in was that 80% of the affiliates are running mobile sites and on the other hand for promotional purposes half of the affiliates are using banner ads and Twitter links.

The other main verticals which are being used by the affiliates are:-

• Poker
• Lottery
• Esports
• Gaming
• Social

These all are the top verticals, which are being used by the affiliates for a major promotion. The verticals which are the best for long-term affiliate marketing are these, and as per reports, in the coming 2018 they will work out at its best and give the maximum profit to the affiliate marketing industry.
